②Housing: good wear resistance, heat and moisture resistance, galvanized steel plate as a whole or surface spraying, can be lifted out of the rotor after disassembly, easy and reliable maintenance.
③Impeller: the blade is coated with wear-resistant coating, is forward multi-winged circular arc, riveted with the front and middle discs, made of galvanized plate, parts are formed by one press, high precision; corrected by balance, smooth running, low noise, good startability ......
④Air inlet: the structure is convergent streamline, bolted to the front cover group, mounted on both sides of the fan, with a curved cross-section parallel to the axial direction.
⑤ Motor: low-noise three-phase asynchronous motor is used to reduce transmission losses and improve the overall efficiency of the centrifugal fan, and the speed can be adjusted with the help of three-phase regulator or frequency conversion to achieve the purpose of flexible change of air volume.

Before installation, all parts of the fan should be thoroughly checked. Whether the machine is complete, whether the direction of rotation of the impeller and the casing is consistent, whether the connection of each ministry is tight, whether there is damage to the impeller, spindle, bearings and other major parts, whether the transmission group is flexible and so on. If problems are found, they should be repaired and adjusted immediately.
